The goal of my coaching service is to identify what is getting in the way of your greatest success and finding ways to help you overcome those obstacles. 

 

Often the first step is navigating the commercial realities involved in making a living from creative work. But sometimes you may be facing personal struggles or specific challenges of working creatively. 

 

My track record of working with a broad range of creatives around the world, at all levels and stages of their careers means that I am uniquely equipped to understand you from the get go.  

 

I have a range of industry connections as well as coaching tools to make sure that we can make progress together quickly. My experience in the advertising industry and the inside knowledge gives me quite unique perspective.

 

HOW DO WE DO THIS?

First, we need to see if we are a good fit for each other and we do that with a free 15 minute chat. I often liken the process to making the investment in working with a personal trainer. A one off session can be good to create a different mindset to fitness, but if you booked sessions over 3 months, turned up to every session, were 100% committed to making the changes and reaching the goals set, that could be life changing!

 

If we are a good fit for each other, you will need to commit to the process, show up for calls, and I will keep you accountable. Our work together is 100% confidential.
 

I create a very individual concierge programme for each client. After our chat, if we both feel that I could offer you the support that you need, I will provide you with a detailed proposal or what would be involved, over what time period and investment.

After our initial chat I will send you a plan based on what you need. The process generally includes some questions for you to answer me asap, a look at your work on your website and often not on your website, and some Zoom calls or phone calls checking in with you and making sure you are staying on track.
